Our job is to handle all of your finances, period. You have more important things to do than worry about tax planning or IRA distributions. That's where we come in. If you have any financial questions, you can just pick up the phone and ask us, and if we don't have the answer right away, we'll find it. Sometimes people call us asking if the monarch butterflies have migrated yet. That's a different Natural Bridges, but we're happy to help find out the right information, even if it's about butterflies. We just love helping people with their questions! 

However, we also think that financial education is a vital part of our job. We want you to learn enough about money to be armed and dangerous. You should be 100% comfortable with any decision we make together, whether it's about investments, refinancing a mortgage, or choosing when to take Social Security. Whenever we give you a recommendation, we'll explain our reasoning, starting with a high-level view and going into as much detail as you prefer. And we're always available to answer your questions or explain things further. If you want us to go through your tax return line by line, or dig down into the performance of a specific mutual fund in your 401(k), then we'll be thrilled to!

But if you just want to go surfing and let us handle the money stuff, that's cool too.
